God glasses

When I was growing up in the early 70s, they had some far out stuff! Like for example, X-ray glasses. Supposedly when you put them on you could see past all the flesh and see a person’s skeleton!! I don’t know because I couldn’t afford them and Dad wasn’t about to purchase such nonsense. The idea got my already overactive imagination juices flowing. What if we had God glasses? When we put them on we could see all that God was doing in our lives! Wouldn’t that be awesome? Well I have some good news. There is such a thing. No, you don’t wear them on your face, but rather you put them in your heart. I’m kind of laughing as I write this cause I can almost see you rolling your eyes and thinking, man this dude has lost it! I haven’t. I’ve found it. The Bible. When we spend time meditating on Gods word, and I mean meditating, we become more and more aware of Gods character, and personality and what he does and how he does it. Soon we begin to recognize his work all around us, and in us, and in those we love and pray for!! It’s so amazing! He is so amazing!! So, grab your God glasses, aka the Bible, and start looking for him in your life!!
