Artificial intelligence or AI is one of the hot topics now. Did you know that you can have a poem or song written for you using AI? Where was this technology back when I was doing book reports back in the day? Honestly though. Does this bother anyone? Just me? It does bother me. I mean it’s artificial. Think about this. Your reading a book written by your favorite author, or are you? What if they used AI? AI is using information gathered and stored and it uses this information to create things that we used to. I don’t like it!! I prefer Divine intelligence! God created us with minds to think. He gave us creative abilities to use in all kinds of ways. He gave us a heart too. Somehow, because of God, we can take what’s in our hearts, put it in our thoughts and the two combined can come up with all sorts of things that inspire us to do better. They motivate us to love more, to be more productive, to help others and the list goes on. If we allow the artificial to replace the Divine, then what will we have? The artificial has a form of intelligence but it has no heart! So would society grow cold and distant without the divine? I believe so! Some may look at this as great progress in the human race. I will choose the Divine intelligence over the artificial kind. What about you?
